We would greatly appreciate that our properties are kept clean and tidy, any breakages or additional costs will be covered by a fee, which will be repaid after the property has been cleaned at the end of your stay. The property will be inspected immediately following your departure and photos will be taken as proof, of any extensive breakage, damage to hard or soft furnishings, fixtures, fittings, or extensive cleaning and will require payment for and will be taken from your deposit.

We appreciate being informed of damage or extensive cleaning prior to your departure.

Please do not use the property for any illegal or commercial purposes and your party must behave responsibly, anti-social behaviour will not be accepted, and you will be asked to leave immediately if we or the surrounding properties feel that your actions  are unacceptable.

No children under 5 allowed.

 No pets allowed.
